You design and consult on projects from the first draft until handover to the customer.

 

Design and calculation

 

You will design and calculate technical supply systems in the field of extinguishing systems

and sanitary.

You create your design software based and exchange information bidirectionally.

Calculation tools help you to achieve your goals faster.

 

Project management

 

You coordinate our design internally and externally with other trades and customers.

You document our project services through all design phases.

You always keep an eye on deadlines, costs and quality control.

 

Approvals

​

Based on the design, you prepare the necessary documents for approvals.

 

Tendering and awarding

 

As part of a team, you will gather all the information required to prepare the invitation to tender.

You then check the bids and manage the awarding process.

 

Data exchange

 

Exchange data with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Sharepoint, locally and customer- specific.

 

Coordination

   

You coordinate our design with other project partners.

 

 

_Your skills

 

Background

 

Completed studies in the field of building, energy and environmental technology, supply engineering, or a comparable qualification, e.g. as a certified technician.

 

Knowledge

 

_In building and planning law, the recognized rules of technology and the most fundamental

  German guidelines

_Microsoft 365 Office programs (very good knowledge)

_AutoCAD/AutoCAD MEP (good knowledge)

_Navisworks (good knowledge)

_Revit (knowledge is an advantage)

_Calculation software (knowledge is an advantage)

 

Social skills

 

_You are communicative, collaborative, proactive and assertive.

_You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner. 

_You are excited by new methods and technologies.

 

Languages

 

_Good written and spoken German (B2+) and English skills (C1+)

 

Travel
