_Your tasks
You design and consult on projects from the first draft until handover to the customer.
Planning and calculation
You will design and calculate technical supply systems in the field of extinguishing systems and sanitary.
You create your design software based and exchange information bidirectionally.
Calculation tools help you to achieve your goals faster.
Consulting
You advise and support our customers from the initial analysis through to acceptance.
Project management
You coordinate our design internally and externally with other trades and customers.
You document our project services through all design phases.
You always keep an eye on deadlines, costs and quality control.
Approval
Based on the design, you prepare the necessary documents for approvals.
Tendering and awarding
As part of a team, you will gather all the information required to prepare the invitation to tender.
You then check the bids and manage the awarding process.
Data exchange
Exchange data with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Sharepoint, locally and customer-specifically.
Coordination
You coordinate our planning with other project participants.
_Your skills
Background
Completed studies in the field of building, energy and environmental, supply engineering or an
equivalent degree programm.
Knowledge
_Several years of professional experience in design and project responsibility (> 10 years)
At best in industrial building construction and in the field of the semiconductor industry
_Very good knowledge of sanitary engineering and/or extinguishing system technology
_Very good knowledge of building and planning law, the recognized rules of technology,
DIN as well as HOAI and VOB
_Microsoft 365 Office programs (very good knowledge)
_AutoCAD/AutoCAD MEP (good knowledge)
_AVA software (good knowledge)
_BIM (good knowledge)
_Revit basics (an advantage)
